Our Ambitions
We are expanding our thriving Multi-Academy Trust across south east London. With a shared moral purpose, we aim to ensure that all our students and their families are confident that within our schools, they will be able to fulfil their potential and have enjoyable experience.
We know that to achieve this ambition, we need strong and authoritative leadership at all levels of the organisation. We are investing heavily in our leaders and potential leaders to make this happen. We also know that having teaching and support staff who are committed to our vision is fundamental to success.
Our five-year strategy sets out a vision for offering high quality education and learning pathways for all children the children within out Trust.
To deliver this ambition, we have a clear strategy which sets out four key goals:
- Excellence in Performance - We will ensure that young people who are educated within the trust are exceeding previous performance and national expectations
- Excellence in Leadership, Management and Culture - We will ensure that leadership and management across the Trust is at least GOOD
- Excellence in Governance - We will ensure high quality and effective governance of the London South East Academies Trust
- Investing in Excellence - We will ensure that London South East Academies Trust is financially resilient, sustainable and manages risk highly effectively.
