Established in 2014, we are a growing Trust comprising of eight schools (nine in November 2022), including Special, AP & Outreach and Mainstream Primary. We aim to provide outstanding education and training for young people, from EYFS to post-16, across the London and South East region.

Our community-based approach has contributed to our thorough understanding of the local context. We have established strong connections within the community, from stakeholders to the local authority, to ensure children have access to high quality, specialist and mainstream provision. The Trust is also part of a wider Education Group which includes a large Further and Higher Education College operating across seven campuses, which employs 1,300 people and supports 12,000 learners with a turnover of £80M.

Which is where you come in.

Our new Senior HR Business Partner (Schools) will play a pivotal role in the future direction of our Trust. In this highly influential role, you will have the opportunity to carve out impactful practices in a fast-paced and growing environment. Reporting directly into the Director of HR and working in close collaboration with school leaders, your focus will be both operational and strategic: ensuring systems and processes are consistent and of the highest quality, as well as shaping our people agenda across our schools.

To be successful, you’ll need experience of dynamic human resources leadership, and operational HR practices, a strong understanding of HR legislation, coupled with a proven ability to operate with creativity, diplomacy and intelligence. Naturally, you’ll bring a proven track record of working successfully with a range of stakeholders and a flair for building strong relationships.
